Polymeric materials

Production of polymeric materials is one of the most dynamically developing branches of chemical industry. Under different sources, “Olenta” Group is one of the five major importers of plastic materials on the Russian market.

Equipment for plastic processing

“Olenta” Group is one of the major supplier of imported equipment designed for plastic materials processing to the Russian market. We offer a wide range of equipment designed for making goods of plastic by method of molding, equipment for regeneration and granulation of plastics, as well as blowing equipment from leading manufacturers of Taiwan and China (FCS, CYKF, JM, Parker, and JinGau). All the brands of the equipment offered by us not only sustain competition with leading European manufactures as to cost/quality ratio, yet they operate successively at many enterprises in Russia and CIS. Moreover, we supply a wide range accessories required for obtaining premium quality for the products made. By your individual order, equipment will be outfitted with all the necessary additional functions to adapt as maximum as possible to a specific production process. Polyester fibers and nonwovens

The line of chemical (polyester) fibers of foreign make has been existing in “Olenta” Group for several years. The Company opportunely discovered growing demand on this on this feedstock used in light industry for manufacturing nonwoven materials, lining for clothes, transportation stoppers, fillings for pillows, comforters, toys, and the like. Besides, “Olenta” Group gas an exclusive right to sell imported synthetic highly-siliconized microfiber DOWNFILL (“Swan fluff”) patented in Russia under trademark “OL-TEX” of the Saehan Industries Inc. Company (South Korea).

Household textile and beddings

“Olenta” Group manufactures beddings (pillows and comforters) using the “OL-TEX” based filler. TO manufacture beddings, there are used 100% cotton jackets made of premium quality materials (tick, satin). The products is supplied in modern packing and provided with a vividly colored promotional loose leaf. Also, “Olenta” Group is trading kitchen-related textile (towels, placemats, oven gloves, sachets, and the like), Turkish towels, bed linen in sets and pieces, and so on made by large European and Asian companies.

Modified polymers

Group of companies “Olenta” produces modified polymers known as compatibilizators enabling to create polymer materials with unique physical and chemical properties.
These multifunctional additives for polymers are the reactive graft-copolymer on the base of polyolefin, synthetic rubber, styrene thermoplastic elastomers with functional groups - anhydride, epoxy, acryl etc.
We also produce new types of functional materials on the base of polyolefin – nanopolymer masterbatches.
